The game will not save at all points. The way the game generates buyer information does not allow for saving at this point. So, just like real life, if you don't review and select an offer in a timely fashion, the bidders will go away. If you want to save your bid selection, accept the desired bid to find out if your selected buyer was approved by the bank or not. You may save the game at this point.
